Jay is an amazing instructor. Unlike most training classes Jay kept the content fun and engaging in the classroom. I highly recommend Jay's OSHA 10 class.

When I learned I was taking an OSHA 10 class, I was less than thrilled and ready to be bored to death. However, Jay made the whole experience so worthwhile and engaging! Through his story telling and activities, he really painted a picture of the complexity of a safety job and the importance of safety in jobs. I would easily take another class with Jay! In fact, I wish he taught all of my safety classes!

Jay was a great instructor and a fun person to work with during the heavy equipment operator training. He took time to answer all questions, both in the book and in field. He emphasized the important of safety and also showed us tricks in each piece of equipment. I strongly recommend this training.

After attending Heavy equipment training class, it was apparent to me how passionate Jay is about promoting safe operation of large equipment. Jay focuses in on safety at a high level. I recently had the pleasure of taking one of Jay's classes. I cannot say enough about how great the class was. Not only was the information delivered relevant and well-taught, but his ability to connect with the multitude of different job classes in attendance was also exactly what is missing from many other classes I have attended. He was able to make a connection with those in attendance in a way that took out the "clinical" approach to teaching the material. I would highly recommend Jay as a trainer and look forward to his classes in the future.

Having went through OSHA trainings with Jay a number of years ago, and having seem him directly apply that knowledge in a easy-to-understand, respectful way, I can, without reservation, highly recommend him to your organization.
